Who we are
Equidokey is a horse management platform designed for equestrian facilities, self-care boarding stables (pensions dynamiques), equestrian properties, and horse owners. Created in 2026 by Vincent Cohen EI, based in Toulouse, France.
Our mission
Equidokey was born from a simple observation: managing horses in an equestrian facility or a self-care boarding stable — where owners and helpers look after the animals themselves, without a dedicated caretaker — requires a dedicated tool to coordinate feeding plans, medication plans, and daily planning between owners, co-owners, and managers. Our mission is to simplify equestrian management for everyone involved in the daily care of horses.
Who is Equidokey for?
- 1Horse owners who want to manage feeding plans, medicines, and daily planning for their horses, and know in real time whether their animal has been properly fed and cared for — whether by a dedicated facility manager, or by other owners and helpers in the case of a self-care boarding stable.
- 2Co-owners who share the care of a horse with a primary owner.
- 3Managers of equestrian facilities or self-care boarding stables who oversee the facility and coordinate with horse owners.
